Legacy Church Sites (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a brand under Legacy Consulting Group, LLC. 1. Services

Legacy Church Sites provides professionally designed church websites on a subscription basis, along with optional add-on services. All service details, deliverables, and pricing are outlined at the time of purchase or in a separate service agreement. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

1. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the date your subscription is activated.
2. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with Section 3 below.
3. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
4. We reserve the right to update subscription pricing. You will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
5. If a payment fails, we may suspend your service until payment is successfully collected.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@gowithlegacy.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month, but no refund will be issued for the current period already billed. Upon cancellation, your website will remain active through the end of the paid period, after which it will be taken offline.

4. Client Responsibilities

1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information needed to build and maintain your website, including logos, images, written content, and any other materials we request.
2. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
3. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
4. You are responsible for reviewing and approving your website before it goes live. Once approved, additional revision requests may be subject to additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All website designs, templates, code, and materials created by Legacy Church Sites remain the property of Legacy Consulting Group, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Content you provide (such as logos, photos, and written text) remains your property. Upon full payment and active subscription status, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use your website for its intended purpose. This license terminates upon cancellation or non-payment.

6. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms, including hosting providers, email tools, scheduling software, or plugins. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Consulting Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, suitability, or fitness of our services for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our website or your website will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Consulting Group, LLC, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
